The red "Monthly Schedule" page and the blue "To Do" page alternate! The "Monthly Block" page and the "To Do" page for managing daily tasks alternate. When you turn the red "January Monthly Block" page, the blue "January To Do" page appears on the next page. It's very easy to use the different pages! Press the red index on the bottom row to open the "red page," and press the gray index on the top row to open the "blue page." Also, press the white index between the red and gray to alternate between the "red" and "blue" pages.
